Pet-Friendly camping in Tuscany

At Il Sole Camping Village, all animals are welcome!!!

What we ask (not of them, of course…) is that very straightforward care is taken to ensure mutual respect and pleasant coexistence, i.e.:

• never let pets run free
• do not leave pets alone in pitches or facilities
• do not take pets to the swimming pool (the only place where they are prohibited for hygienic sanitary reasons)
• always keep pets on a leash
• do not use the campsite as a toilet, but be sure to take pets out to do their business.

Pet-Friendly Facilities and Services in Camping Village Il Sole

Inside the campsite there are dispensers of bags, gloves, and free containers for the collection of your pet’s droppings.

To entertain your four-legged friends there is BAU PARK, located just a short walk away from the entrance to the campsite. It’s a special area just for them, in which they can run around freely.

You will also find special pet showers in the utility area, to wash them down and refresh them.

The facility is compliant with the national legislation, which requires the possession of a muzzle and the use of a leash not exceeding two metres in length.

For security reasons, the management reserves the right not to accept the breeds identified as potentially dangerous (consult the list) and to remove any those who will not respect the few rules of coexistence. ———— In order to guarantee as comprehensive a service as possible, Il Sole Camping Village collaborates with the Centro Cinofilo I Laghi, an organisation that is renowned for its professionalism and its love for our furry friends.

The centre, with its expert and qualified staff, specialises in everything related to the training and care of our four-legged friends (Puppy Classes, Puppy Trainers, Basic Education, Advanced Education, Agility, CAE1-BH – Monitoring). It also provides the following services for visitors staying on our campsite:

• dog sitting at our campsite
• day care and full board (with multi-day packages available)
• toilets

Upon request, the staff of the centre will come and pick up your pets from the campsite, and you can visit them at any time of day.
